A New Beginning

Welcome me to the world of blogging... I'm primarily starting this blog as a way to hold myself accountable for my current diet plan. I think if I put my goals in writing and have some of you encourage me, I can do it. I currently am at an all time high with my weight and would like to lose a total of 30 pounds. However, I do not want to just focus on losing the 30 pounds, I want to focus on getting healthy and in shape (an hour glass would be nice). My husband and I would like to start a family, sooner than later, but first I'd like to "condition" my body to be able to endure pregnancy. I'm currently on the Weight Watchers program and think I'll set up weekly goals for weight loss, but will post daily or ever other day my eating and exercise habits/goals. So, bear with me as I ease into the world of blogging and weight lose.

YAY! :) A new blog to check up on! Good luck with your posts and good luck with your weight-loss goal!! (Sandra was just saying yesterday that it seems all you have to do is get down to a good weight to get big and pregnant!! So, good luck with that, too.) :)

I echo Jessica's "Yay". Now when I look on her blog and there's nothing new (or even if there is), I can check up on you! So glad you're into this, too. Good luck with your fitness goals...I've just started this month, too, and it feels good to be moving (every so slowly) in the right direction.
