Good Days!!

The last 2 days have not been so bad. Monday I met 2 of my 3 goals. I drank my 32 oz of water and only ate my allotted points. Tuesday, well I drank my water and I was only 2 points over - and for those of you who know Weight Watchers know that there are 34 flex points a week, so now I'm down to 32 flex points. I've been making good meal time decisions and not having to snack as much, which for me is a BIG deal (I'm the Queen of Snacks). My one weakness is breakfast... WW suggest that you eat something high in fiber, have you ever tried to eat the cereals that are high in fiber, they taste like hay and I just can't do it. My favorite "big girl" cereal is Fruity Cheerios, they are not too bad, but they are not very filling, thus causing the need for a morning snack...

I'll check in tomorrow and maybe we'll find our way to the gym tomorrow, Jay didn't get off work today until 7pm and that is too late to head to the gym. See you all tomorrow!

Keep up the good work! The recipe that Jodi had on her blog for Bruschetta chicken was wonderful...and she said someone told her it was only 4 points on WW. I had regular Cheerios this morning for bf with 5 strawberries and sugar substitute. I'll have a mid-morning snack of a string cheese stick...and lots of water. I don't know many points that is.

I love cereal so much it should be against the law. Here are 2 yummy high fiber cereals: Cracklin Oat Bran (tastes like oatmeal cookies) and the new Strawberry flv Frosted Mini Wheats.

I don't know how many points though, because they are sweetened.
